Inventory Consultants And Training (iCAT) is made up of a group of experienced and practising inventory professionals dedicated to raising the standard of inventory and supplementary reports available to the Lettings industry.

We believe that as renting is becoming the norm in our society there is a real need to provide helpful as well as practical training and support so that when you arrive at your first property all that e-learning makes sense and you can produce a comprehensive yet concise evidence-based report that tenants, landlords, agents and ultimately the deposit(s) scheme adjudicators can rely on.

It is also our aim to bring about a change to the industry; to elevate the role of the humble “clerk” to one that is seen and remunerated for their professionalism and skills they provide and set the standard bar high so that whether you are a tenant or landlord you are equally protected.

I  initially met Sian through Linkedin where she helpfully contributes to posts about inventory apps and other property related matters.  Sian then offered to have a phone call with me regarding different apps she has used and their pros and cons, and this was invaluable to the choice I eventually made.  

Further to this we have spoken on a number of occasions regarding various matters with my inventory business including referrals and how to get new clients, and Sian is always willing to help.
